Senior Analyst, Regulatory Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and filing of commercial insurance products through annual Form & Binder Filings for assigned states and regions.
• Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings.
• Build and support successful relationships with regulatory bodies, including state insurance regulators and federal insurance regulators (CMS, CCIIO, etc.).
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned states and contribute to internal procedural guides.
• Track and share filing objections received and guide overall resolution with impacted teams.
• Develop sustainable processes to simplify team outputs while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 1+ years of SERFF experience.
• 1+ years of HIOS experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, rules, and regulations.
