Senior Analyst, Reporting & Analytics

Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists to transform kidney care through a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach. We aim to improve patient outcomes and quality of life by delaying disease progression and accelerating kidney transplants.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Validate the accuracy and quality of data within analytics and reporting outputs
• Partner with Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics to transform raw data into metrics
• Design and create analytics dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
• Train end users on newly deployed dashboards and deliverables
• Manage internal and external timelines for data reporting
• Identify and track issues with reports, including logic defects and data quality problems
• Maintain documentation of existing reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, or economics
• 3+ years of experience in reporting or health economics within the healthcare industry
• 1+ years of experience developing dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience developing data models or partnering with data engineering teams
• Working understanding of healthcare privacy and security practices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Expertise in Python programming
• Experience in value-based care
• Experience with healthcare data such as EMR or claims
