Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on complex financial models to support forecasting, unit economics, and growth strategy
• Write SQL queries to pull and analyze operational data for financial projections
• Monitor business performance against targets and identify key drivers behind variance
• Prepare quantitative analyses and presentation materials for Board and investor meetings
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to evaluate tradeoffs and growth levers
• Improve and automate financial reporting and data workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for scalable financial modeling
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or high-ambiguity environments
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau or other BI visualization tools
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or clinical operations
