Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust data models using dbt to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Design and migrate dashboards and reports to modern BI tools like Count
• Develop analytical frameworks for merchant segmentation, performance metrics, and campaign measurement
• Partner with sales, account management, and product teams to deliver analytics supporting revenue growth
• Lead technical investigations to improve data workflows and enhance scalability

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL (Databricks preferred)
• Familiarity with dbt
• Demonstrated expertise in BI visualization tools
• Proficiency in Python (PySpark preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex data into narratives
• Strategic thinker with a product mindset
