Senior Android Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of Fingerprint Android PRO and OSS SDKs
• Design and implement cutting-edge detection signals to improve fraud prevention
• Build new features and UI screens for the Device Intelligence Demo App using Jetpack Compose
• Research and prototype new methodologies to enhance mobile device intelligence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, PMs, and security researchers
• Provide technical expertise regarding Android market data and system behavior

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience in a senior-level capacity
• Strong foundation in Information Security and experience in security-focused organizations
• Demonstrated ability to build native Android applications and SDKs from the ground up
• Deep understanding of Android internals and system behavior
• Proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and C++
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote-first, async environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building tools specifically designed for other developers
• Familiarity with obfuscation techniques or low-level Android security concepts
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Active open-source contributions
• Interest in expanding into backend development and detection logic
