Responsibilities

• Build and ship native Android launchers, including home screens, app grids, app drawers, and widgets
• Integrate Unity games into the launcher via Unity-as-a-Library
• Optimize home-screen performance, including memory management and fast response times
• Design a modular, reusable launcher platform for future product variants
• Integrate monetization features such as AdMob and Unity Ads while maintaining Google Play policy compliance
• Take projects from planning through technical implementation and deployment
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools to accelerate delivery

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale Android applications
• Native Turkish speaker with fluency in English
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Coroutines, and Dagger
• Hands-on experience with Android launcher APIs or home-screen replacements
• Experience with Unity-as-a-Library integration
• Proficiency with Android Overlay, WorkManager, and Profiler
• Experience with Ad SDK integration (AdMob, Unity Ads)
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development workflows (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
• Experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with App-lock, privacy, or security utility apps
• Unity or game development exposure
• Experience with QR/barcode scanning or rewards-based products
• Familiarity with APK/AAB size optimization
• Contributions to open-source launchers
