Senior Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, and workflow automations for collaboration tools and identity platforms
• Develop integrations connecting collaboration tools, GenAI tools, and internal systems to enable agentic flows
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for automation and AI workflows
• Contribute to secure onboarding, off-boarding, and mover workflows via automation
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to embed identity and compliance standards through automation
• Participate in pilot projects for new AI and productivity capabilities, including LLM integration
• Contribute to code reviews and documentation of shared libraries and integration templates
• Partner with senior engineers to modernize workplace systems using scalable architecture and API-first design

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology development
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or Atlassian
• Understanding of IAM/SSO (Okta, SAML/OIDC/SCIM) or strong interest in the field
• Experience or interest in CI/CD and workflow orchestration
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience automating provisioning and access
• Interest in building agentic flows and integrating LLMs into workplace systems
