Senior Application Programmer

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management for programs and project operations
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications across finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts domains
• Develop block diagrams, logic flowcharts, and translate designs into computer software
• Design, code, test, debug, and refine software applications
• Prepare program-level and user-level documentation
• Enhance software to improve efficiency and reduce operating time
• Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure deadlines are met
• Modify procedures to solve complex problems regarding equipment capacity and operating requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology-related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience with APIs and low-code/no-code platform models
• Hands-on experience with BPMN tools and process automation software
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development
• Background in application programming on large-scale DBMS
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (IAT Level I, II, or III)
• Ability to obtain MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 within 6 months
