Senior Associate, Client Service

Responsibilities

• Own expert delivery by custom sourcing and cold calling to ensure high relevance and speed for client briefs
• Lead project launches by summarizing client goals and proactively proposing strategic solutions
• Manage client engagement by identifying upsell opportunities and re-engaging unresponsive clients
• Negotiate expert fees to optimize project costs without compromising quality
• Drive operational excellence through structured task ownership and meticulous record maintenance
• Support internal development by coaching junior team members through live call shadowing and feedback loops

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of experience in an Associate-level role within an expert network
• Proven track record of consistent revenue attainment and high-quality custom recruitment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize complex workflows under pressure
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Arabic fluency is a plus
