Senior Associate, Finance & Operations

Responsibilities

• Support Finance & Operations value creation initiatives across the portfolio
• Partner with CFOs and management teams to identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance
• Develop financial analyses, business cases, reporting frameworks, and actionable recommendations
• Drive execution of operational improvement and transformation initiatives
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects across portfolio companies
• Assist with M&A integration planning and execution
• Lead project management activities, including workplan development, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination
• Develop and share Finance & Operations playbooks, tools, and best practices across the portfolio
• Help identify emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve business performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in consulting, finance, transaction services, strategic finance, or private equity value creation
• Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to synthesize data and develop actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Willingness to travel to portfolio companies (up to 25-50% of time)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree
