Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective management of all employee work permits and visas for Aldar Properties, Hotels & Hospitality, and Yas Links in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Manage and allocate PROs; liaise with UAE government entities for visas, residence permits, labor and immigration processes.
  • Plan and implement internal and external public relations programs and policies to sustain employee, public, and shareholder trust.
  • Assist in setting PR strategic objectives and communicate them to subordinate management.
  • Handle residence, employment, and visit visa applications, renewals/extensions, cancellations, and transfers, including employees’ families.
  • Prepare periodic reports on request volumes, success rates, and rejection factors.
  • Coordinate renewal of trade licenses for Aldar and subsidiaries; support Legal and Strategic Investments requests.
  • Issue powers of attorney as requested by the Legal department.
  • Collect shareholder proxy votes for EGM/AGM annually.
  • Support HR and Administration in setting policies for visas, work permits, residencies, and family matters.
  • Maintain compliance targets, including zero blocks on immigration and labor systems.

  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organization and time management
  • Computer proficiency and reporting
  • Knowledge of UAE immigration and labor procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arabic proficiency and experience with UAE government portals
  • Experience designing and evaluating PR programs
  • Background in real estate or hospitality environments
