Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and development projects
  • Advise clients across multiple asset classes such as office, retail, hospitality, logistics, and mixed-use developments
  • Manage transaction processes from inception to completion, including due diligence, structuring, drafting, and negotiations
  • Deliver clear, commercial, and pragmatic advice considering regional legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships
  • Lead business development activities, including contributing to pitches, capability statements, and client presentations
  • Participate in industry events, thought leadership, and market engagement to enhance firm profile

Requirements

  • Common law qualified lawyer with excellent academics
  • At least 7 years PQE
  • Substantial experience in commercial real estate gained within an international law firm in the Middle East
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills
  • Strong analytical skills and high work standards
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Willingness to travel within the region and globally
