Senior Associate (Strategy Ops / BD & Partnerships / Investments)

Full-time | Hybrid (UAE-based role)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze Middle East Web3 market trends
• Support development of strategic and operational initiatives across Digital Asset Advisory, Investment Management, and Web3 Incubation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategy into actionable plans and align with global headquarters
• Develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies to drive growth and market penetration
• Lead end-to-end partnership and transaction activities: prospecting, qualification, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations
• Prepare and maintain BAU reports and performance dashboards for leadership
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, articulating insights and recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-MBA experience at a tech or Web3 firm
• Proven track record in commercial strategy, GTM, or business scaling in the region
• Hands-on experience with deal structuring, term sheets, and negotiations
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership
• Comfortable producing executive-level materials under tight timelines
