Senior Backend Engineer (Go) - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices architecture handling high throughput (tens of thousands of requests/min).
• Implement robust, high-availability backend services in Go, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Solve complex problems in multi-threaded and event-driven systems.
• Build end-to-end functionality as part of cross-functional product teams; foster ownership and deliver production-ready features.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the engineering organisation.
• Operate and deploy services on cloud platforms and contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
