Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems using C# and .NET technologies
  • Lead design discussions and implement best practices for service-oriented architectures and microservices
  • Drive platform evolution by leveraging cutting-edge technologies for future-proof, scalable infrastructure
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with strong emphasis on debugging
  • Optimize system performance through proactive analysis, code reviews, and observability tooling
  • Mentor junior engineers and share deep technical expertise across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, QA, and product managers
  • Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap of backend services

Requirements

  • 8+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in C# and .NET
  • Strong experience with Azure Cloud services (Key Vault, App Config, queueing, ADB2C)
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Extensive database design experience with SQL and NoSQL
  • Proven track record with caching strategies and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fintech or proptech industries
  • Certifications in Azure or cloud technologies
  • Programming experience in Golang, TypeScript, or related languages
  • AWS cloud native experience
