Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and operate server software for the Core Discovery team
• Own Maps and Location surfaces and Directory search end-to-end
• Design scalable software architecture to support high growth
• Champion technical solutions to complex challenges
• Support backend team initiatives and foster a culture of learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proven track record of growth and leadership within previous organizations
• Experience building location-based systems is highly preferred
• Ability to design scalable software architecture
