Senior Backend & Smart Contract Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Solana smart contracts in Rust for the core yield platform
• Manage funds, shares, and on-chain routing logic
• Extend and maintain backend systems including indexers, risk engines, and real-time fund analytics
• Integrate backend logic with APIs and SDKs to surface clean interfaces
• Push product experiments forward by validating ideas and iterating based on feedback
• Collaborate with fullstack engineers and product teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior-level engineer
• Deep experience building and shipping Rust-based smart contracts on Solana
• Ability to lead medium-to-large scope backend and protocol engineering projects
• Strong understanding of DeFi primitives such as staking, lending, and AMMs
• Proven track record of delivering in fast-paced, iterative environments
