Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for the success and retention of an assigned book of business
• Lead and manage the execution of Bennie’s consulting model for assigned customers
• Develop and execute annual customer account plans
• Work collaboratively with the consulting delivery team to support strategic initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, tech operations, and product
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal collaborators

Requirements

• 5-10 years of benefits consulting experience
• Experience managing complex client accounts across small, mid-market, and large groups
• Expertise in various funding mechanisms
• Deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
• Life & Health Producer’s License
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Team leadership and/or project leadership experience
• Experience working with leading HR/Benefits technology platforms
• Experience in both large- and small-group benefits consulting
