Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers
  • Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of BI solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven improvements
  • Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of BI tools and processes
  • Supervise data modeling and self-service analytics initiatives
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of BI platforms
  • Establish documentation, standards, and workflows
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and quality practices
  • Act as primary liaison with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling
  • Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture and big data technologies
  • Proven experience leading BI teams and projects
  • Strong prioritization, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience building self-service reporting and analytics
  • Performance tuning and scalability expertise for BI systems
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and security standards
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
