Responsibilities

• Onboard teams ranging from startups to mid-markets to train RCM staff on billing best practices
• Assist sales as a product specialist on the billing platform for mid-market prospects
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, and AR best practices on the Prompt platform
• Provide reporting training in areas of accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data
• Use advanced Excel and data analysis to support data-driven decision making
• Support client accounting and finance teams in obtaining necessary reporting
• Establish and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings to respond to customer inquiries
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by exceeding expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years in the medical billing industry
• 2-3 years of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Experience working with mid-market RCM companies (50+ therapists)
• 2-3 years of RCM leadership experience
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong technical skills and passion for learning software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
