Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement territory plans and key account objectives
• Promote Amgen's products by communicating key messages to healthcare partners
• Evaluate monthly progress against plans and implement necessary course corrections
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical Affairs, to align on account objectives
• Report customer activity and maintain up-to-date profiles within the CRM system
• Demonstrate understanding of industry trends and healthcare operations in clinics and hospitals
• Manage activities within the agreed expense budget and prioritize customer follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of achieving results
• Proficiency with CRM databases and MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or biomedical sciences
• 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Experience in Cardiovascular, Endocrinology, or Biotechnology related fields
• Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles and project management
• UAE relevant local legal qualification, including transferable residency and a valid driving license
