Senior Blockchain Developer - Remotely

Responsibilities

Blockchain Solutions Development

• Design and develop secure, scalable blockchain applications including e-wallets, crypto wallets, DeFi protocols, and tokenization platforms.
• Work with blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon) to build decentralized applications tailored to financial use cases.
• Write clean, efficient smart contracts and ensure proper testing and deployment.
• Optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability of blockchain systems.

Technology Implementation & Innovation

• Evaluate and apply emerging blockchain technologies and frameworks to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into blockchain-powered features.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technology stack selections, and the overall product development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Security, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and high-quality delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to blockchain security best practices.
• Stay informed of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the fintech/blockchain space.
• Contribute to documentation and governance processes to maintain infrastructure reliability and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership in technology, focusing on blockchain, decentralized systems, and Web3 solutions
• Expertise in building and managing fintech solutions: e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi applications
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and tokenomics
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to foster collaboration between technical and business teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
