Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Align technology solutions with business strategies to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational planning in Payments
• Deliver ongoing business reporting and discover insights to drive business strategy
• Develop and maintain reports, models, and historic/forward-looking business metrics
• Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines
• Drive standard definitions for key data elements to ensure consistency and quality
• Implement technology solutions to reduce manual processes and transition from legacy reporting to modern platforms
• Generate ad hoc reports using custom queries against data repositories
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain necessary data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably in Payments or an adjacent industry
• Ability to solve complex data and technical challenges independently or collaboratively
• Strong organizational and project management skills for reporting migration and ad hoc requests
• Proficiency with ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake, Advanced Excel, and Salesforce Reporting
• Experience working within the SDLC
