Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform complex business and systems analysis work through requirements gathering and information sessions
• Develop supporting process flows and recommend process improvements
• Build and implement new solutions in SAP S/4 HANA related to Finance process improvements
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for business users
• Create and manage workflows in SAP S/4 HANA to enhance finance processes
• Assist in the evaluation of third party tools for feasibility and impact
• Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems
• Create and maintain business requirement documentation, use cases, and system interface diagrams
• Develop comprehensive test plans and coordinate test activities
• Provide 1st level support for all finance users

Requirements

• Proven experience working with SAP in a BA/Functional role
• Essential experience with SAP FICO; S4 Hana experience is beneficial
• Proven ability to provide business analysis and system development/configuration deliverables
• Knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle
• Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
