Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior hybrid resource combining Business Analysis, Salesforce Administration and Quality Assurance to support projects from requirements through delivery.
  • Work with Dubai-based stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
  • Lead requirements workshops, run UAT sessions, support change management and drive user adoption across UAE teams.
  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration: user management, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, data imports/exports and sandbox management.
  • Configure Salesforce: flows, process builder, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards; coordinate with developers for Apex/triggers/Lightning components.
  • Develop and execute test strategy, test plans, functional/regression/integration and UAT test cases; log and track defects using the issue tracker.
  • Maintain test data, automation scripts (where applicable), release validation and post-deployment verification.
  • Ensure platform governance, data quality, documentation and adherence to Salesforce best practices and company SDLC.
  • Provide senior-level stakeholder communication, status reporting, and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Admin Certification (Admin / Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder)
  • Certification in Business Analysis or QA (e.g., ISTQB, CBAP)
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or similar tools
  • Prior experience working in UAE / Dubai-based projects or regional deployments
  • Experience with Lightning Components, Apex triggers and integrations
  • Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills
