Senior Business Development - Corporate Services & Employer of Record (EOR)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads for corporate and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
• Conduct discovery calls, manage opportunities, and close deals.
• Maintain and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy and discipline.
• Partner with the sales team to support account expansion, share workload, and provide holiday coverage.

Requirements

• B2B sales experience (ideally in professional, corporate, HR, or EOR services).
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills—confident with LinkedIn, email, and calls.
• Self-starter who thrives in a competitive, high-growth sales environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools.
