Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets and execute lead generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present and demonstrate Future Group’s SaaS solutions to prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology business development
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the Middle East market is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Remote role; willing to travel to UAE and KSA for client meetings/events
  • Preferred candidate is already based in UAE or KSA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI or chatbot solutions
  • Previous regional exposure across UAE/KSA markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
