Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets and execute lead generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present and demonstrate Future Group’s SaaS solutions to prospects
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales or technology business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the Middle East market is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Remote role; willing to travel to UAE and KSA for client meetings/events
- Preferred candidate is already based in UAE or KSA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI or chatbot solutions
- Previous regional exposure across UAE/KSA markets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
