Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the firm’s market presence in audit and tax services across the UAE.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and alliances aligned with firm growth objectives.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Manage, mentor and oversee a team of BD Managers, BD Executives and Sales Executives (including remote staff); set KPIs and deliver performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key potential clients and represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving team targets; monitor pipelines, forecasts and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, develop proposals and create materials that support lead generation.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, CRM usage and reporting to streamline BD activities and improve conversion.
- Establish effective communication channels and project management practices to manage and engage remote team members.
