Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the UAE construction sector.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with Bolsterup’s expansion goals.
- Lead high-level discussions and present Bolsterup’s value proposition to decision-makers in architectural firms, real estate developers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the market.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success on the platform and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor messaging and platform features to regional needs.
- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Represent Bolsterup at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the UAE and GCC region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the tech, SaaS, or PropTech sector.
- Strong network within the UAE’s construction and development ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and real estate sector is preferred.
