About the Company

Unlock Health Consulting helps healthcare providers navigate today’s increasingly complex payor landscape. We partner with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and specialty providers to improve financial performance through managed care strategy, contract negotiations, analytics, strategic communications, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
  • Own outreach strategy and execution using a multi-channel approach including email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
  • Craft personalized messaging addressing healthcare leaders’ challenges in managed care and reimbursement
  • Educate prospects on consulting capabilities including analytics and contract modeling
  • Book qualified meetings and contribute to early-stage discovery
  • Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Track outreach performance and pipeline activity to improve conversion rates
  • Share market feedback and competitive insights with the GTM team

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, SDR/BDR, or healthcare outreach
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and meeting targets
  • Strong business acumen regarding provider challenges
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for engaging senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into hospitals or health systems
  • Familiarity with managed care, contracting, or revenue cycle
  • Experience engaging finance, contracting, or operations leaders in healthcare
  • Exposure to consulting or analytics-based services
