Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
• Design and develop reporting solutions and analytic studies to support business needs
• Develop, validate, and execute complex queries and reports
• Use statistical methods to visualize data and interpret results for internal customers
• Mentor junior BI developers through project feedback and code reviews
• Troubleshoot data quality issues during profiling, testing, and validation

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong expertise in data structures, programming, and statistics
• Ability to translate technical analyses for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects independently
