Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce CRM strategy, including pipeline management, dashboard development, and reporting
  • Supervise the part-time BizDev Administrator to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Lead the proposal development cycle, including client research, pitch deck refinement, and scoping
  • Manage client contracts, renewals, amendments, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop and execute a 6–12 month operational roadmap for Business Development
  • Manage the operational budget for systems, tools, and project resources
  • Drive cross-team alignment between Sales, Consulting, and Insights teams

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations or sales operations
  • Experience managing or supervising direct reports or contractors
  • Proven track record working within a sales or business development team
  • Experience managing contracts, renewals, or client operations
  • High proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
  • Familiarity with Jira, Google Drive, or similar project management tools
  • Interest or experience in marketing, content calendars, or email marketing tools
