Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits across different departments
• Identify bottlenecks, process losses, and opportunities for improvement
• Build process maps, SOPs, and RACI frameworks
• Drive process improvements from idea to implementation
• Work with Jira, Tableau, and operational metrics
• Identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy Operations, Process Management, or Operations Consulting
• Proven experience in conducting process audits and optimizing workflows
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong systems thinking and root cause analysis skills
• Experience working with Jira and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product tech companies or Big4
• Experience building processes from scratch
• Proven cases with measurable business impact
