Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to analyze complex business processes across product, sales, and customer success operations
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and system designs
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Systems teams to enhance internal tools
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and customer experience
• Maintain high-quality documentation in Jira

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis or product operations
• Proven ability to drive solutions from concept through implementation
• Strong experience with Salesforce and integrated business systems
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping and requirements gathering
• Strong data skills including analysis, mapping, and KPI definition
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools and conversational analytics
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft
• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Snowflake or Tableau
• Background in SaaS or customer lifecycle operations
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
