Responsibilities

  • Guide families and clients through initial conversations about in-home, non-medical care via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Develop, pilot, and refine new product offerings and sales playbooks in partnership with marketing and product teams
  • Iterate on consultative sales approaches to uncover underlying needs and decision drivers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, care coordination, and marketing to ensure consistent follow-through
  • Identify process gaps and propose messaging or strategy adjustments to improve client experience
  • Synthesize customer insights to help drive improvements to product positioning
  • Coach and mentor the team of Care Solutions Consultants on new strategies and findings
  • Meet or exceed individual sales metrics including call volume, talk time, and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
  • Experience developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work a set schedule including every fourth weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and evenings
  • Experience working remotely and managing time effectively
  • Proficiency in a metrics-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services
