Senior Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage New York plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Handle insurance communications and medical treatment coordination
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity in Litify
• Assist with settlement-related activities under attorney supervision

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of recent plaintiff personal injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience
• Experience handling New York personal injury claims (No-Fault, BI, UM/SUM, and liability)
• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Proficiency with Litify or Salesforce
• Strong organization, communication, and negotiation skills
