Senior Category Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Manager in executing category strategies aligned with business goals
• Assist in sourcing new products and maintaining the assortment for the category
• Coordinate with suppliers to gather product details, pricing, and promotional offers
• Track category performance including sales, pricing, and stock availability
• Help plan and execute weekly and monthly promotions
• Ensure accurate and timely listing of products, content, and images on the app
• Liaise with the supply chain team to support availability and SKU onboarding
• Conduct market research to identify trends and benchmark pricing
• Maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in retail or quick/e-commerce environments
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and supplier landscape
• Strong communication, coordination, and commercial mindset
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of commercial KPIs
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
