Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of California large group employer clients (100–2000 lives) as a trusted advisor
- Lead annual service plan execution including renewals, open enrollment, and compliance support
- Design creative, consultative benefit solutions based on the California marketplace and alternative funding arrangements
- Develop and deliver renewal presentations, financial reporting, and budget reviews
- Foster executive-level relationships and collaborate with internal teams to streamline servicing
Requirements
- 7-15 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage
- 5+ years of recent experience independently managing accounts
- Experience supporting California large employer groups (100-2,000 lives)
- Strong knowledge of fully insured, level, self-funded, and captive financial arrangements
- California Health Insurance License required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education
