Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of California large group employer clients (100–2000 lives) as a trusted advisor
• Lead annual service plan execution including renewals, open enrollment, and compliance support
• Design creative, consultative benefit solutions based on the California marketplace and alternative funding arrangements
• Develop and deliver renewal presentations, financial reporting, and budget reviews
• Foster executive-level relationships and collaborate with internal teams to streamline servicing

Requirements

• 7-15 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage
• 5+ years of recent experience independently managing accounts
• Experience supporting California large employer groups (100-2,000 lives)
• Strong knowledge of fully insured, level, self-funded, and captive financial arrangements
• California Health Insurance License required
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education
