Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional account management throughout the project and contract lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across all levels within client organizations, including decision-makers.
  • Drive annual revenue retention and growth by developing and executing account plans.
  • Leverage data insights to inform account strategies and communicate ROI and clinical metrics to clients.
  • Lead the delivery of marketing campaigns to boost member enrollment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Clinical Operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working with self-insured employers, payers, and TPAs or managing large enterprise clients in a health-oriented industry.
  • 6+ years of client relationship or account management experience with national payers or Fortune 500 employers.
  • Proven ability to hit sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Project Management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel 20% within the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.
