Senior Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction and support throughout the contract lifecycle
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and key points of contact within client organizations
• Drive annual revenue retention and growth by developing and executing strategic account plans
• Leverage data insights to communicate ROI and clinical metrics effectively to clients
• Lead marketing and engagement campaigns to boost member enrollment in collaboration with the marketing team
• Serve as the primary connective tissue between clients and internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Clinical Operations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with self-insured employers, payers, or TPAs
• 6+ years of client relationship or account management experience with national payers or Fortune 500 employers
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
• Proficiency in Salesforce, XLS, ClickUp, and Google Suite
• Ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience in strategic project execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
