Senior Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a high-volume large market book of business (25-30 accounts)
• Drive client engagement, satisfaction, and retention through proactive relationship management
• Track and analyze client success KPIs to develop actionable engagement plans
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects with high attention to detail
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Member Services
• Lead client meetings and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and educational sessions
• Represent the company in virtual and in-person sessions with up to 25% travel

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a large B2B book of business
• Proven track record in driving engagement, client satisfaction, and NRR
• Experience navigating complex client and broker stakeholder environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage KPIs for ROI
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
