Senior Clinical Quality & Patient Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support triage and investigation of Tier 2 and Tier 3 patient complaints using Athena and Zendesk
• Conduct comprehensive case reviews integrating clinical findings with patient experiences
• Provide clinician-facing feedback and participate in coaching conversations regarding clinical quality
• Own and evolve the clinical audit program using AI-powered tools to analyze encounter summaries
• Synthesize audit findings into evidence-based summaries for leadership meetings
• Identify clinician-level and population-level trends, documentation gaps, and prescribing deviations
• Define and own the audit-based clinician coaching methodology and quality benchmarks
• Partner with Learning & Development to design structured audit-based ramps for new clinicians

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• 8+ years of clinical practice experience, ideally in women's health or primary care
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, patient rights, and clinical documentation standards
• Experience with electronic health records and AI-assisted tools
• Ability to translate clinical findings for both clinicians and non-clinical leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in patient relations, clinical quality, or patient safety
• Familiarity with HRT prescribing and midlife women's health
• Hands-on experience with Athenahealth
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable CRM platforms
