Senior Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of bodily injury auto liability claims, including litigated matters
• Conduct thorough claims investigations and policy interpretations
• Evaluate complex claims to identify exposure and establish appropriate reserves
• Develop and execute strategies for timely and equitable resolutions
• Communicate and negotiate with claimants, attorneys, and insureds

• Strong understanding of negligence standards and litigation management
• Ability to independently evaluate complex business auto liability claims
• High level of analytical and detail-oriented professionalism
• Sound judgment and strong communication skills
