Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to develop high-impact executive communications, including leadership messaging, organizational announcements, and strategic narratives.
  • Manage the internal communications strategy for the Customer Success organization, including the end-to-end execution of CS All Hands meetings.
  • Drive CS-wide engagement through newsletters, Slack messaging, and organizational updates to enhance transparency and culture.
  • Lead communications strategy and content development for CS-related components of events, offsites, and conferences.
  • Support the CCO with visibility opportunities, including speaking engagements and social media content on LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue leaders to execute targeted communications for existing customers regarding product updates and best practices.
  • Drive internal storytelling to highlight the impact and progress of the Customer Success organization to the broader company.

Requirements

  • 6–7+ years of professional experience in communications.
  • Proven track record supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the operating cadence and priorities of revenue-generating teams.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
