Senior Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across Discord, Reddit, forums, and social media
• Manage community presence through direct communications, content creation, and social activations
• Synthesize player sentiment and feedback into actionable insights for development and marketing teams
• Partner cross-functionally with PR, customer support, and creative teams to align messaging
• Foster inclusive community spaces and manage moderators and brand advocates
• Monitor and respond to player feedback, bugs, and crisis situations
• Plan and execute community events, livestreams, and promotional campaigns
• Track and report on community growth and engagement metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management or player engagement within gaming
• In-depth and extensive knowledge of Last Epoch and ARPGs
• Ability to be on camera for livestreams and public events
• Experience managing communities on Discord and Reddit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to analyze player sentiment and community data
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Ability to work within core hours of 10am - 4pm Central Time with an on-call component

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR
• Familiarity with content creation tools for visual assets and social content
• Experience in crisis communication
• Team leadership or mentorship experience
• Experience with international community localization, specifically APAC
