Senior Compliance Manager — Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain internal compliance manuals, policies and procedures focused on AML/CFT and KYC.
• Support the MLRO in ensuring OKX UAE meets regulatory and legal obligations, including VARA guidance and UAE requirements.
• Monitor, investigate and resolve AML/CFT-related cases and suspicious activity reports (SARs).
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, law enforcement and external partners; assist with legal and regulatory requests.
• Prepare the business for independent AML/CTF and compliance testing; support remediation and project work.
• Deputise for the MLRO as required, assess and escalate internal referrals promptly.
• Produce compliance reporting for senior management and the Board; contribute to enterprise risk assessments.
• Engage cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product and Risk to embed compliance by design.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAMS or CCEP certification
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Proven AML audit experience with regulators and auditors
• In-house crypto compliance background
• Experience leading compliance remediation and governance programs
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects
