Responsibilities

• Own drops from start to finish including concept ideation, concept art, final item production, and promotional art
• Develop fashion-forward clothing, characters, and accessories with a strong point of view
• Deliver high-quality assets across every stage of the pipeline on a weekly schedule
• Lead the creative vision for assigned drops
• Provide actionable feedback to other artists to raise overall output
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Producer on vision, scope, and deadlines
• Iterate based on team feedback and player sentiment
• Partner with external artists or studios to maintain creative consistency

Requirements

• World-class portfolio showing full pipeline execution from concept to final assets
• 5+ years of experience in fashion design, concept art, or a related creative field
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, Blender, or Midjourney
• Ability to produce exceptional work at high speed
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive work forward
• Deep understanding of fashion culture and trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live games or fast-paced production pipelines
• Background in fashion design or professional fashion industry experience
