Senior Consultant, DFIR

About the Company

MOXFIVE is focused on eradicating adversaries across clients' entire digital footprints, providing a faster, nimbler approach to DFIR for the modern enterprise, including applications, auto-scaling workloads, and sprawling cloud data stores.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead meaningful incident response cases ranging from ransomware to nation-state threats
• Investigate threat activity across traditional enterprise and cloud-native environments
• Shape the company's technology stack, investigative methodology, and service offerings
• Support client teams during critical security incidents with confidence and empathy

Requirements

• Experience responding to threat activity as an IR consultant or SOC analyst
• Strong understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux fundamentals
• Proficiency in forensic artifacts and network analysis
• Knowledge or passion for cloud-native investigations across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Ability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule (1PM – 9:30PM ET)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native forensics and SaaS application investigations
• Located in the Mountain or Pacific time zone
