Senior Consultant MBA, Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure complex business issues
• Conduct thorough research for client projects and proposals
• Generate insightful analyses using advanced MS Excel modeling
• Synthesize and present findings in a clear, structured format
• Manage project modules and communicate project statuses
• Support business development and intellectual capital efforts

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA with expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027
• 2-3 years of experience in a highly demanding position
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Financial Modeling, Valuations, or Due Diligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• Logical and lateral thinker with high intellectual curiosity
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in international and diverse settings
• Interest in strategy consulting
