Senior Consultant, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and project teams to implement the Arkestro system into procurement processes
• Utilize functional, technical, and product expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions
• Review and evaluate existing procurement processes and templates to map them to the Arkestro solution
• Lead cross-functional teams to prepare and drive project plans to successful completion
• Partner with business leads and IT teams to identify system or process improvements
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-based sustaining issues, product enhancements, and change requests
• Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer regarding solution functionality and testing methodologies

Requirements

• US-based
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an implementation consultant, business analyst, or project manager
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to resolve complex problems with innovative approaches
• Ability to lead through influence and act as a trusted advisor
• Resilience in changing environments and ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Willingness to travel 35% or more
• Procurement experience with relevant processes and tools is ideal
